Who is it for?
Experienced PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors who want to step beyond teaching core courses and into instructor development. You’ll co-teach future IDC candidates and gain real Course Director-side experience.
Staff Instructor is also a credit-bearing milestone toward Master Instructor and ultimately Course Director itself.
What you’ll learn
Beyond teaching, into developing
IDC Co-Teaching
Sit alongside Toni during live IDC programmes. Run knowledge development sessions. Score practicums under supervision.
Standards Mastery
Deeper PADI standards and risk management. The difference between teaching the course and running it.
IDC Workflow
Documentation, scheduling, candidate onboarding. The operational side most instructors never see.
